At Porterhouse Clothing & Supply, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the provided packing slip inside the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed once we receive the goods.
